Total Wind A/S moves into the major league within the wind power industry.

Total Wind A/S is specialized in turnkey solutions within transportation, installation and maintenance of wind turbines. It has always been the mission continuously to be the preferred provider in the global market. Total Wind A/S started up in 2003 and has in this short period succeeded in expanding internationally and has at the same time taken this major step by achieving the quality-, environmental- and working environment certifications after the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and DS/OHSAS 18001.

In the autumn of 2009, Total Wind management decided a vision: “We want to be able to supply documentation of the fact that Total Wind A/S is at the top within turnkey solutions – nationally as well as internationally”. During this process, it has been a strong wish from the management that the certification should not be for the quality area alone, but also for the environment and the working environment.

During the process, Total Wind A/S has built up a great and comprehensive system to control documentation, keep focus on observance of demands, and at the same time secure ongoing improvements. The system already contains an abundance of information and knowledge but will still be updated and expanded continuously over the years to come.

It is very impressive that a company as big and diverse as Total Wind A/S can achieve these certifications. The certification-process is the largest transversal project in the history of Total Wind A/S and the management is very pleased that the company is now able to provide documentation for its high standards within quality, safety and the environment.
